Public Education at the Marshfield Fair
During the 10-day country fair, South Shore Kennel Club provides information on
responsible dog ownership, safety around dogs for children, AKC events and services
and the opportunity to meet some of our members' show and performance dogs.

 

 

 
 

Responsible Dog Ownership Day at Myles Standish Humane Society Fur & Folk Fest
Held each September, this is a fund-raiser for the shelter.
Supporters raise funds by getting pledged donations and walking a marked trail in Wampatuck State Park in Norwell.
Vendors, rescue groups and informational groups are on-site along with live entertainment.
 
 
 
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
USPS National Dog Bite Prevention Week
As a rural mail carrier, Dianne is well aware of the hazard dogs can be while on the job. National Dog Bite Prevention Week is a public service campaign that offers safety tips and emphasizes the need for increased pet owner responsibility in the prevention of dog bites. Material on responsible dog ownership was provided in the Middleboro, Lakeville and Brockton lobbies. 
Dianne and her Dalmatian, Shane are pictured below.
 

Purebred Dog Breeders Referral Service
During the 2008 Bay Colony Dog Show Cluster,
Dianne helped raise funds for the PDBRS by selling
raffle tickets for the donated themed baskets from the
members kennel clubs. Pictured below is the 
Boston Sports Lovers Basket donated by
